If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and that your agreement constitutes the organisation's acceptance of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
Use of the no666 Platform is strictly restricted to adults who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Minors are prohibited from accessing the Platform under any circumstances.
no666 does not present the 18+ age threshold as confirmation that online gambling is lawful in Pakistan. Users must independently satisfy themselves as to the legal position applicable to their jurisdiction of residence.
The Platform is accessible internationally; however, certain features, betting products and promotional offers may be restricted based on your location. Each User is permitted to hold a single registered account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining additional bonuses or circumventing restrictions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any accrued balances.
To access certain features of the Platform, Users are required to create a registered account by providing accurate, current and complete information, including a valid email address, a secure password and such other details as may be requested during the registration process.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is truthful, accurate and up to date. You are obligated to promptly update your account details if any information changes. no666 accepts no liability for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you, and you bear full responsibility for all such activity.
In the event of suspected unauthorised access to your account, you must notify no666 immediately via the contact details set out in Section 17 of these Terms.
As part of our compliance obligations, no666 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before enabling withdrawal functionality or upon internal review. You may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued identity document (such as a CNIC for Pakistani users), proof of address and, in certain circumstances, proof of source of funds. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
The Platform is made available for your personal, non-commercial use in accessing betting guides, casino information, responsible gambling resources and educational content. You may use the Platform only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
You are responsible for ensuring that any devices, internet connections and software used to access the Platform are appropriate and secure. no666 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, security or compliance reasons at any time without prior notice.
When using the Platform, you agree not to engage in any conduct that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory or otherwise objectionable. Automated scraping, crawling or data extraction from the Platform without express written permission is prohibited.
The Platform supports a range of payment methods as determined by the Operator from time to time. References to payment brands including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are used as familiar Pakistani payment references only. They do not imply that these providers endorse gambling services or are formally affiliated with no666.
Transactions may be conducted in PKR or other currencies supported by the Platform. Where currency conversion applies, exchange rate terms will be displayed at the point of transaction. PKR amounts referenced throughout this Platform in illustrative examples (for example, PKR 1,000 minimum deposit or PKR 25,000 welcome offer cap) are examples only and are not binding commitments.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, wagering requirement fulfilment (where applicable) and internal compliance review. Processing times vary by payment method and the Operator's queue. no666 does not guarantee specific withdrawal speeds and does not use the phrase "instant guaranteed" in respect of any withdrawal channel.

no666 reserves the right to withhold, delay or reverse any transaction where fraudulent activity, suspicious patterns or AML concerns are identified. In such cases, further KYC documentation may be requested. Failure to co-operate with fraud or AML investigations may result in account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
All bonuses, promotional offers and free bets made available through the Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game restrictions, maximum bet limits during bonus play, cash-out caps and expiry periods. These terms are set out in the relevant promotion description and form part of these Terms.
Wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) specify how many times a bonus amount — or in some cases the combined bonus and deposit amount — must be wagered before it may be withdrawn. For example, a 30× rollover requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in eligible bets to be placed before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. These examples are illustrative only.
Conduct constituting bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk combined bets to artificially fulfil rollover requirements, or exploiting promotion terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
no666 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring obligations in respect of bonuses already accepted by Users in good faith prior to the modification.
no666 is committed to promoting responsible gambling as a fundamental aspect of Platform operations. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment only — not as a source of income, a means of recovering financial losses or a coping mechanism for personal difficulties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior express written consent of no666.
The no666 name, logo and related marks are trade marks of the Operator. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use such marks.
Gambling involves financial risk. no666 makes no representation, warranty or guarantee as to the outcome of any bet, game or gambling activity. Past results do not indicate future performance. Any illustrative figures — including PKR-denominated jackpot examples, payout percentages or bonus amounts — are for informational context only and are not guarantees of any kind.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. no666 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or fit for any particular purpose. Access may be suspended or withdrawn at any time for maintenance, security, legal or regulatory reasons.
The Platform may reference third-party game providers, payment services and sports organisations as contextual references only. no666 is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness or availability of third-party services and makes no endorsement of any third-party platform or provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no666 and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including any loss of funds, data, goodwill or profit, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The collection, use and storage of personal data submitted to or collected by the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
no666 complies with applicable data protection standards. We do not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. User data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including compliance with legal and regulatory retention obligations.
You may close your account at any time by contacting no666 support. Closure requests will be processed subject to the completion of any outstanding verification, pending withdrawal requests or open wagering obligations.
no666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:
Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any bonus balances or promotional credits outstanding at the time of termination for cause shall be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you by a method determined by the Operator, subject to completion of outstanding AML and KYC requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its principal licence or is incorporated, as applicable. The specific governing jurisdiction is set out in the Operator's official licensing documentation.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall, where possible, be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Where resolution cannot be achieved, disputes may be referred to the courts of the governing jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory applicable law in your place of residence.
no666 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided via an on-Platform notice or by email to the address registered to your account.
Amendments take effect from the date of publication unless a different effective date is stated. Your continued use of the Platform after an amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account.
